Susan crafts B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies for tech and media companies. She has built high performing teams and programs at <intent>, AddThis (acquired by Oracle), Google, and a variety of other startups.

She led product and sales marketing for the Travel vertical at Google, ran the first-ever omni-channel ad campaign for Google Adwords, helped create Webby award-winning Think Insights (now Thinkwithgoogle.com)and was awarded Google’s highest award for direct revenue-driving impact. Her consulting projects span high-growth startups (Axial), growth-stage companies (Resonate), and established market leaders (YouTube).

Lynne Hamilton

Lynne has dedicated her career to driving growth in early-stage companies by architecting, leading, and evolving commercial orgs. With roots in Customer Success, she knows the primary goal of any great commercial team is to find the right people and the right customers and then be equal custodians of both.

Lynne has overseen early-stage commercial organizations and their customers from $0 to $175MM in revenue. Before she began her startup boondoggle (many moons ago), Lynne was the Executive Director of the Latino Student Fund, a non-profit dedicated to ensuring equal access to education for K-12 Hispanic youth.

Lynne holds a BA from Boston College and an MBA from Chicago Booth. At home, she's mostly a climbing gym for her two small children — so her hobbies include napping and hiding to get some alone time.
